ZATA's High Performance Tennis (HPT) residential program is ideal for the motivated junior who is willing to go through a rigorous training regimen and looking to break through into a higher tournament play.
Our methodology is based around the key components of the modern game and includes cutting edge training incorporating speed, agility, strength and conditioning with private and small group instruction.
This program is designed for players ready to compete at a higher level. We will design the tournament schedule and program for you. We will also provide you with a travelling coach.
30 Hours of practice session per week including physical fitness and conditioning.
Cost : Rs 75,000 / Month + Travelling Coach Expense
Program is for kids who have mastered the skills needed to move up to matchplay level. Emphasis is on mental and tactical development of the player. Regular practice matches and video analysis of matches are part of the program. Players will also have access to gym and swimming pool.
24 Hours of practice sessions per week.
Cost: Rs 30,000 / Month
The students are introduced to more advanced strokes. Stroke correction and fine-tuning are emphasised. Students are also introduced to moderate tennis specific physical training. Video analysis of strokes is part of this program.
18 Hours of practice session per week.
Cost: Rs 20,000 / Month
This is a beginner program for students new to the game of tennis. Basic strokes of tennis and rules of the game are introduced to the students. Also introuduced and emphasised are concepts of rallying from different positions of the tennis court.
6 Hours of practice session per week.
Cost: Rs 18,000 / 3 Months
A complete introductory program for kids in age group 4-9 years. Participants in this age group are introduced to tennis by use of modified soft tennis balls. Emphasis is on development of their hand-eye coordination skills by way of fun-filled tennis games and activities.
3 Hours of practice session per week.
Cost: Rs 9,000 / 3 Months
